Operations and Events Manager

Objective


You will champion the Taylor Made mission to "Bring elevated experiences to clean beauty enthusiasts" by exhibiting our core values while supporting our day-to-day operations and ensuring we’re building the foundation for strong growth and a ‘season of scaling’ through our production, fulfillment, networking events, and studio initiatives.  

Scope and Impact


You will gain broad exposure across all business areas, building an in-depth understanding of how to successfully run a small business day-to-day. You’ll do this by working with Taylor Made CEO and being a key member of the Leadership Team.

Responsibilities


In this role you will:

Manage production and inventory management (25%)

o Kit production

o Manicure set production

o Custom polish production

Manage shipping and order fulfillment (25%)

o Ecommerce shipping and D2C order fulfillment

o Wholesale shipping and B2B order fulfillment

Studio schedule, Color Café (10%)

o Holiday themes and events

o Staff coverage

o Promotions and advertising

Events (10%)

o Quarterly VIP event

o Monthly Women’s networking event

o Promotions and advertising

• Staff Management (5%)

• Leadership Team (5%)

o Key Lead for Operations on Leadership Team

o Manage administrative activities for Leadership Team meetings

• Marketing (10%)

o Help team plan and manage annual marketing plan, quarterly activities and executing as needed

• Experience in Katana, Shopify, Trello, Airtable, Ship Station are all a plus

Location and Commitments


Time:

• Permanent, full-time position located in studio in Easton PA

• Flex time is an option if key meetings (i.e., L10) are attended and objectives are met

• Travel will be requested 1-3 times per year to fit the business needs and dates will be established in advance.



Compensation and Benefits


• Full-time, exempt

• Salary range ($36,000-$40,000) based on experience
